A powerful tactile manifestation of a bond would suit any commitment ceremony, in addition to or instead of exchanging rings.
About
Handfasting is an ancient Celtic ritual symbolising the sacred union of two interwoven lives.
The ritual act of ‘tying the knot’ made of the fibres of the promises one wishes to keep when unifying with another soul.
Carefully selected locally foraged plants create a beautifully woven rope in which an officiant will tie an ‘infinity loop’ around the betrothed hands, wrists, or arms.
