Shipping & Returns

Please note all products purchased will be dispatched by the artist herself as soon as possible. If you require a fast tracking of your order, please let the artist know of your urgency in order to accommodate your request.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch.

• If purchasing multiple items, a reduced shipping rate will be calculated and any excess paid will be refunded.

• Full refund of product fee (excluding delivery charges) is available upon request if the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase and returns the product in its original condition undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are process within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
