This spring I’m running 2 Knotted Keyring Workshops at the Village Hall in Edale over the next 2 months. The duration of the workshops is 3 hours each with a tea/coffee break halway. Both are going to take place on a Friday afternoon (2-5pm).

We are going to learn different knotted keyfob designs at each event. If you are available and interested in learning new skills I encourage you to come to both sessions. You can book for each Friday workshop separately below, if you prefer:

Workshop 1 :: 24 April

Workshop 2 :: 29 May

All tools and materials will be provided during the workshops. We use natural plant fibre ropes (hemp + flax) in the process. You can take home with you what you make. If you attended previous workshops you already know what to expect. You will be invited to refresh. and practice your existing rope making & knot tying skills. If you are entirely new to rope making and knot tying, rest assured you will have a lot to explore during these workshops and the facilitator will endeavour to assist you throughout.

All abilities are welcome, both more experienced crafters and those who are complete beginners at making things by hand. I am confident to meet you right where you are, help you get started and tailor the workshop to suit your skill level.
