Wild Stringmaking Workshop

A small in person group workshop which included 4 wonderful people. It provided a captivating and enlightening experience which was hosted at The Art Station, Saxmundham.

Using three different plant fibres that are locally available in abundance to forage: dandelion, daffodil, and plantain.

We explored how to use these magnificent plant fibres to make natural string, whilst teaching the attendees about nature art, local flora, and the history of natural plant fibre string making!
